Victor Vlam has understood in the corridors that Talpa’s claims about Yvonne Coldeweijer’s working attitude are indeed correct. “I spoke to people who worked there.”
According to Yvonne Coldeweijer, it is all nonsense that Talpa said in court about her attitude to work. According to the lawyer of John de Mol’s media company, she is a narcissist who is impossible to work with. Who is right: Talpa or Yvonne? TV critic Victor Vlam has understood that the juice guzzler is indeed a difficult aunt.
Week unreachable
Victor is part of the News of the Day program and therefore regularly walks through the corridors of Talpa. He has closely followed the case against Yvonne. “Talpa’s lawyer also read all kinds of quotes from employees of the program and that is of course also juicy,” he says in the podcast Victor Indicates TV.
He continues: “Her colleagues called her a narcissist, called her heartless, a diva with princess behavior and also one that I thought was beautiful: after criticism from an editor, she would not have been available for a week, was one of the anecdotes that was told.”
Under the covers
According to Victor, it seems that Yvonne is a poser. “I can imagine that Eric de Munck (one of the runaway editors-in-chief, ed.) said after a pilot that she was not feeling well in the competition and then lay under the covers for a week. That does not paint a very positive picture of Yvonne.”
According to him, we are dealing with an unprofessional attitude here. “That is of course all a little bit painful and embarrassing.”
Blackening
What does Victor think of Yvonne’s defense? “Of course, Yvonne says that these people want to smear her and that they have an interest in doing so, because they still work for Talpa, but I have to be very honest: I am inclined to believe this.”
Why? He concludes: “I have also spoken to people who have worked there and they all tell similar stories, so it does seem to be true…”
