France will provide loans to small and medium-sized businesses hit by soaring fuel prices. Companies in the transport, agriculture and fishing sectors can receive loans of up to 50,000 euros. Belgium also reserves money for support to its citizens. In the Netherlands, measures have not yet been taken.
