According to the news of Anadolu Agency; The prosecutor’s office decided that there was “no need to prosecute” Yüksek for the crimes of “violation of law no. 6222” and “fraud”.
In the decision, it was noted that there was no evidence that Yüksek made bets that would have a direct or indirect impact on the course of the match, and that there was no data showing that he made bets on legal betting sites.
