It is unprecedented how many celebrity programs Arno Kantelberg participates in. The couture chatterbox from RTL Boulevard is now also imposing itself on the TV hit Maestro. “Anything for the money!”
Arno Kantelberg’s chatter about fashion bits and pieces always gives viewers of RTL Boulevard the opportunity to watch the simmering meat in the kitchen. Of course, no one stays on the couch during his catwalk talks. However, he himself considers himself the center of the TV universe.
‘Seen everywhere!’
We see Arno appearing in one celebrity program after another. It was still discussed last night Today Inside. “That’s such a self-proclaimed fashion king, isn’t it, Kantelberg?” shouts Johan Derksen.
Wierd Duk: “Yes, very self-proclaimed indeed. I think so too.”
Johan: “He was editor-in-chief of a magazine that sold twenty copies and he was the big man, the fashion expert.”
TV authority Tina Nijkamp: “It can really be seen everywhere. He has just done No Way Back VIPS, and Het Dinner was shown on SBS 6 last week.”
Also in Maestro
And if it were up to Arno, Maestro would also be added. “I recently saw Jamai Loman in Maestro and then I thought: wow, that seems really fantastic. For the sake of completeness: there is another TV program coming up that I am in, Het Diner.”
He continues in the Party: “My, my, my… He does everything. I’m 57. I really don’t worry about what other people think. I’ve had that time.”
For the money
Why does Arno do all those celebrity shows? “For the kids, right? Everything for the kids. I do these things for the money, even though we don’t earn that much from it. I also really enjoy games.”
Does the criticism that he lends himself to virtually every celebrity program have no effect on him? “But that’s true. Not in every program, by the way. I sometimes say ‘no’, but not very often. I like games. I love games. When there’s no camera on, I sit at home playing games. Or reading a book.”
Will Arno know that such a coffee table book is more decoration than content? Oh well, great match actually…
