Roberto De Zerbi was appointed as the head coach of the English Premier League team Tottenham, vacated by Igor Tudor.
In the statement made by the club, it was stated that a long-term contract was signed with Italian coach De Zerbi.
De Zerbi, who has coached teams such as Palermo, Benevento, Sassuolo, Shakhtar Donetsk and Brighton, most recently worked at Olympic Marseille.
Tottenham, which has not been able to show the expected performance in recent years, could not win in the last 13 weeks in the Premier League this season.
Struggling to stay in the league, Tottenham ranked 17th, one point above the relegation zone, with 30 points collected in 31 weeks.
