Retailers revolt against Wero: new payment system full of ‘unnecessary’ extras

High costs and ‘unnecessary’ extras make Dutch shops wary of the new European electronic payment system that will replace iDeal next year. The Consumers’ Association is in favor of it, because it offers consumers more protection against malicious companies. Payment service providers have started their own system in protest.
