Étienne Davignon (93) appeals against his referral to the correctional bank for his participation in war crimes. Davignon’s lawyer reported this to Belga on Friday. Davignon must answer for his involvement in the murder of Patrice Lumumba, the first Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
