VakıfBank defeated Eczacıbaşı Dynavit 3-1 in the AXA Sigorta Cup Volley final played in Ankara and won the cup. The sets of the match ended 25-19, 21-25, 25-20 and 25-20.
VakıfBank started with a score of 4-1 in the first set, then went 15-13 and then moved the score to 19-13 with a 4-0 series. Playing comfortably in the remaining part, the yellow-black team took the lead by winning the set 25-19 in 26 minutes. The second set went to Eczacıbaşı Dynavit with 25-21. VakıfBank scored consecutive points in the last part of the third set, which started in balance, and made a difference with 5 blocks. VakıfBank, which received direct scoring contributions from 7 of its players, won the set with a score of 25-20 and made it 2-1. VakıfBank won the fourth and last set with 25-20 and won the match 3-1 and became the champion in Kupa Volley.
VakıfBank, which became the champion once again in Kupa Volley after 1995, 1997, 1998, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2021, 2022 and 2023, achieved its 10th championship in total in the organization.
