“ESPN” refers to his agent Joe Linta in its report on Flacco’s signing in Cincy and reports that the deal is worth six million dollars and can increase to up to nine million dollars through incentives.
Flacco was the starting quarterback of the Cleveland Browns at the beginning of last season. However, after initial problems he was replaced by rookie Dillon Gabriel. Almost at the same time, Burrow was seriously injured with the Bengals and was replaced by Jake Browning, who, however, ran into problems himself. Accordingly, both Ohio teams agreed to a trade that brought Flacco to the Queen City.

The former star quarterback of the Baltimore Ravens performed well for the Bengals, but only won one of his six starts, which was also due to a weak defense. The bottom line is that he threw for 1,664 yards and 13 touchdowns with just four interceptions. He completed 61.7 percent of his passes despite playing with a shoulder injury at one point. Remarkably, he even set a career high with 470 yards in the loss to the Bears.
Flacco then played in the Pro Bowl for the first time, albeit only as a substitute.
Originally a first-round pick by the Ravens in the 2008 draft, Flacco led the team to its second Super Bowl triumph in franchise history at the end of the 2012 season.
