There are serious allegations against the film producer and actor: Christian Ulmen is said to have created fake sexual content for his then wife Collien Fernandes for years and passed it on to other men. Collien Fernandes has now reported the case, which is being investigated in Mallorca. So what is the legal status on the Balearic island?
The process is still in its early stages
Nothing has been legally decided yet. As “Focus” reported, the justice system in Mallorca commented on the current status and emphasized that the process is still at the very beginning.
On Sunday, March 22, 2026, Agnès Antich Andreu from the Communications Office of the Supreme Court of the Balearic Islands announced that the investigation was initiated on December 2, 2025. The department of the Court of First Instance in Palma that specializes in violence against women is responsible.
Early phases of investigations in Spain – the so-called instructions – are also kept under lock and key and are considered top secret. Only those directly involved have access.
What is already known?
The allegations known so far only emerge from the complaint. Specifically, Collien Fernandes accuses her ex-husband of impersonation, betrayal of secrets, public insults, continued mistreatment and serious threats.
Whether this has criminal relevance is currently being examined. Only in a later step will the court decide whether charges will be brought – and if so, for which specific offenses.
Previous procedure from 2023
As early as 2023, there were proceedings regarding an incident that is said to have taken place in the then couple’s apartment. It was probably about a suspected family dispute; Evidence was collected and witnesses were interviewed. At the end of the investigation, however, the proceedings were discontinued. There were no comments on the specific background.
