The Cure return to the Paléo stage as co-headliners – for the first time in six years. All information about tickets, prices and the line-up of the Swiss festival.
The Cure are on tour again. The band is touring Europe and playing three shows in Berlin this summer. But it’s not just the tour that’s coming up this year: the alternative rock group will also be a guest at a festival in Switzerland.
Earlier this year, the group won its first Grammys for Best Alternative Music Album and Best Alternative Music Performance. They have already announced further releases for Record Store Day 2026 on April 18th. The band’s last album was released in 2024 – after a 16-year wait.
Headliner at Paléo
At the Paléo Festival in Switzerland, The Cure will be on stage as co-headliners – for the first time in six years. The performance will take place on Wednesday, July 22nd. In addition to the band, Katy Perry, The Gorillaz, Twenty One Pilots, Lorde and many other artists will also perform at the open air.
The Paleo Festival
The Paléo Festival takes place annually in Nyon, near Geneva in Switzerland and was named the best major festival in Europe in 2025. The event extends not just over a weekend, but over an entire week: over six days and six nights, it offers acts from small artists to international headliners a stage for up to 250,000 festival visitors.
Tickets for the festival
Ticket sales for the open air with The Cure start on March 25th at 12 p.m. A virtual waiting room will be open on the website from 11:45 a.m. Tickets are available over www.paleo.chwhere a maximum of ten pieces may be purchased per person. On ticketcorner.ch Tickets are also available – but only up to six per person.
Admission for one day (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) costs 89 normal, reduced 74 Swiss francs – the equivalent of 97 or 81 euros. For Wednesday and Saturday the normal daily admission is 99, reduced 84 Swiss francs, i.e. 108 or 91 euros. If you want to experience the entire festival, you can purchase the festival subscription: normal 465, reduced 390 francs – or normal 507 and reduced 425 euros.
The Cure on festival tour 2026
The Cure are also playing many other festivals this summer – from Primavera Sound in Barcelona in June to Roskilde in Denmark in July to Rock en Seine in Paris in August. There will be some opportunities to see The Cure live in 2026.
