Uschi Glas publicly supports Collien Fernandes and continues to criticize.

Actress Collien Fernandes has made serious allegations against her ex-husband in recent days, sparking a public debate about digital violence and identity abuse. Fernandes has filed a complaint against her former partner Christian Ulmen and made this public. According to her, Ulmen is said to have been active on the Internet for years under a false identity, contacting men on their behalf, having sexual chats with them and distributing fake pornographic content about her. She describes this process as “virtual rape” and emphasizes how profound the emotional and personal damage was to her. In the midst of these allegations, actress Uschi Glas, who is currently filming with Fernandes for the ZDF series “Das Traumschiff”, publicly expressed her dismay at the descriptions.

“Very horrible story”

Uschi Glas describes the alleged events to “BILD” as a “pure nightmare” and a “horrible story” and shows clear sympathy for her colleague. She emphasizes that she first wants to hug Fernandes on set as soon as the two meet on board the “MS Amadea”.

Glas adds: “Collien is a bright, great young woman. What apparently happened to her leaves me speechless. The purest nightmare!” She adds: “The most trusted person you have turns out to be an enemy next to you. That doesn’t occur to me. She was probably secretly looked at strangely by many people for a long time. I think it’s great that she has the courage to turn the shame around and point at the alleged perpetrator. I admire how she gets through that.”

Fernandes is currently in front of the camera for a new episode of the long-running ZDF series “Das Traumschiff”. The series has been combining fictional stories with changing guest actors for decades. According to Uschi Glas, Fernandes will receive support from the entire team on set.

Social debate about digital violence

The Fernandes/Ulmen case has sparked a broader discussion about digital violence, identity abuse and the legal framework. The public is discussing the difficult legal basis for dealing with manipulative content on the Internet and is demanding stricter protection mechanisms for those affected.
