Biathlon skier Tero Seppälä ended his season painfully.
Seppälä, who participated in the men’s co-start race that ended the season, crashed in the descent already in the early stages of the cross-country leg.
The race was completely ruined due to the crash. In addition to the waste of time, during the first shooting, time was spent cleaning the gun and sight from the snow. There was also an input error. Seppälä finished last, i.e. in 30th place.
After the race, Seppälä shared a picture of himself in the Story section of Instagram. There is a very nasty-looking mark on the right arm, so it is not unclear whether the fall caused pain.
The song selection of his publication was apt: by Daniel Powter Bad Day.
Seppälä finished 23rd in the final results of the World Cup, being the best of the Finnish men.
