Transforming renewable oils into 21st century resources has today
announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Aduro Energy
Inc. has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with a leading global
Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company (“GEPC”) signed
to jointly develop a comprehensive commercial license package for the
Hydrochemolytic(TM) technology (“HCT”) to develop and its use in

The MOU followed several months of intensive technical and commercial work
Coordination between Aduro and the GEPC ahead, including the exchange
preliminary technical data and the evaluation of options for establishment
a commercial license package.
The MOU sets out a framework and phased structured activities to:
the further development of the technology and a commercial licensing model for
to support the HCT. In addition, it includes a prefabricated
Plant concept with which the GEPC industrial plants for chemical recycling
of mixed and contaminated post-consumer plastic waste design and
could build that are not suitable for mechanical recycling.
The GEPC is one of the world’s leading companies in the field of technical
Planning, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”). The company operates worldwide and
has extensive experience in planning and implementing complex projects
Process systems for the energy and chemical industries. In addition, it can be on one
long track record of working with technology licensing companies

The ultimate goal of the MOU is a jointly developed commercial HCT
License package (the “License Package”) and an associated license-based
Business program (the “Licensing Business”) for HCT-based
Plastic recycling plants. The licensing business is intended to determine how HCT solutions
marketed for advanced chemical recycling of plastic waste,
priced, delivered and made available to customers.
The current measures under the MOU and potential collaboration with
the GEPC are designed according to the HCT scaling plan. This also includes

Ofer Vicus, Chief Executive Officer of Aduro: “This MOU is an important one
Step towards the commercialization of the Hydrochemolytic(TM) technology.”
“Aduro sees licensing as one of its most important channels
Go-to-market strategy, and this MOU supports that direction. The
Partnership with a world-leading EPC company supports the
Transfer of the HCT into a commercial license package as well as a standardized one
