Wrapped in a Valentino Couture by Alessandro Michele, Anne Hathaway took to the stage at the Oscars to announce the winners of the Best Costume Design and Best Makeup and Hairstyling categories (both won by Frankenstein by Guillermo del Toro).

Anna Wintour’s glasses and hers: «Thank you Emily»

The two on stage became the protagonists of a really fun little scene began with Hathaway asking Anna/Miranda: «Anna, just out of curiosity, what do you think of my dress tonight?» and the icy response, after putting on his iconic sunglasses, was «And the candidates are…».

Shortly after, the actress moved to the second category, asking Wintour if she wanted to read the names of the candidates. “Thank you, Emily,” Wintour said, referring to the name that Meryl Streep’s character repeatedly used to denigrate Hathaway’s (whose real name was Andy) in the first film.
