Rachel Hazes still does not want to talk to RTL Boulevard. The show section found out about this when they wanted to call her yesterday about the reunion of André Hazes Jr. and Monique Westenberg.
Monique Westenberg flew to New York with her son to ‘see what form we need as a family’ with André Hazes Jr. there. Very creamy of course – the Hazes soap is even more absurd than Good Times Bad Times – and that’s why RTL Boulevard tried to get some quotes here and there.
Rachel refuses
What seems? No one from the Hazes camp wants to respond to this family reunification. “We saw that post and then you call around to Monique, Rachel and André. But Rachel seems for one reason or another no longer want to talk to Boulevard,” says TV expert Rob Goossens.
Rob means this cynically. After all, he’s the reason Rachel doesn’t talk to Boulevard anymore. When he yelled at the desk in February that Rachel is dragging Andre’s corpses with her, she was done with the show section. She only wants to talk through Bridget Maasland, because that’s a friend of hers.
Andre and Monique
And André and Monique? Did they give at home? No, they want to keep this all private. Very logical, after they announce it all extensively on Instagram. “I had to chuckle a bit at that,” Rob says. “But Monique and André both say: ‘We want to leave it at that.’”
Strange, Rob thinks. “Andre’s management says: ‘We ask for peace of mind for André.’ Then I think: yes, but you put that post on Instagram yourself.”
What does Luke think?
Luuk Ikink thinks it’s all a bit of attention seeking from André and Monique. If you don’t want attention, you shouldn’t put it all on Instagram, says the presenter.
He says: “She will then again publicly announce that they are going to do this. You just can’t do that. You can also leave with the silent drum to New York and then no one would know about it, you would think.”
