Traveling photo exhibition “Stories of Hidden Power” in Hoogersmilde, Hooghalen and Beilen shows problems surrounding low literacy

To draw extra attention to low literacy, the municipality, together with Welfare Work and the libraries, is holding the traveling photo exhibition “Stories of Hidden Power”. The photo exhibition was created by Tara van Meeteren and shows the stories of people who are or have been illiterate.
