How were your beginnings in your profession?
My beginnings were linked to the corporate world and working with people. I was always interested in understanding what is behind each professional decision: fears, ambitions, personal stories.
Over time I understood that I did not want to limit myself to filling positions, but rather accompany processes. This is how We Are Here was born, as a space where talent and human development meet.
What are the services you provide through We Are Here?
I provide talent search and selection services, mainly in commercial, technological and international expansion areas. I work with companies that need strategic profiles and I also accompany professionals in one-on-one coaching processes. My approach integrates strategy, organizational culture and human perspective, both for Argentine companies and for projects in the United States.
How do you project yourself in the medium term?
I plan to consolidate the consulting firm as a bridge between Latin American talent and international opportunities. I also want to develop my own support programs for leaders and entrepreneurs who need clarity, focus and structure to grow.
What sets you apart?
My differential is the combination between structure and sensitivity.
I work with method and focus on results, but also with deep listening. I do not see candidates or clients as transactions, but as people in key decision moments.
Would you change anything about the path you have traveled?
I would trust my intuition and my experience first. Many times we hope to have everything perfect to launch, but I learned that growth occurs when we dare to move forward, even with doubts.
