Sarah Tuscan becomes actress. The singer will debut on Netflix on April 3 with the film We don’t need words, directed by Luca Ribuoli. An absolute first for the winner of Friends 2024, in a role that however does not distance her from music, on the contrary, it remains closely connected to it.

The remake of two great successes
The film, whose title follows a famous song by Ronalso present in the trailer, is inspired by The Bélier family, French hit of 2014. There is also an American version, CODA – The signs of the heart, 2022 Oscar winner as Best film (to Tail there were also awards for Best Supporting Actor and Best Adapted Screenplay, ed). Similar stories, with different interpreters. In the French original the actors were not deaf, in the American adaptation yes, except for the protagonist, who had the face of Emilia Jones, and a few other performers. At the centre, always, the theme of family, communication and, obviously, music, which is also central in the Italian version.
An important debut
For Sarah Toscano this is important news from a professional point of view. After the victory at Friends of Maria De Filippi, the singer in 2025 he participated in the Sanremo Festival with the song Amarcord (reached 17th place) and has a studio album to his credit, Met Gala, and some singles.
And who knows, maybe cinema will offer her new possibilities after this debut.
