It’s almost unbelievable how someone who was once such a brutal reporter, often very rude, is now such a shadow of himself. Rutger Castricum has been disappointing at talk show tables for quite some time. He is boring, is the criticism. And vulnerable. A few weeks ago he had a terribly embarrassing performance in Today Inside, where he was severely criticized.
Low ratings
Rutger can nevertheless continue to try at the VI table. He sat again yesterday in the talk show on SBS 6but he actually wins every time. When it comes to Winter Vol Liefde, for example, Johan Derksen criticizes him for his low viewing figures: “A lot of people are watching it, unlike your program.”
TV authority Tina Nijkamp states that Rutgers’ program Hofstad en Land has really bad viewing figures. “A big ratings drama,” she called it yesterday analysis channel. “On NPO 2 at 10:30 p.m. it doesn’t get further than 53 thousand viewers.
