Municipalities are struggling with election mail: no voting cards delivered, just two or in the wrong envelope

In several places in the country, the delivery of voting cards for the municipal elections did not go well. For example, some people in Doetinchem received a double voting pass, while part of Spijkenisse did not receive any voting passes. In Veenendaal the voting cards were in the wrong envelope.
