The shopping evening has had its day: ‘This phenomenon is no longer feasible’

Ask people over fifty and the majority will fondly remember the shopping evenings in their youth. Too young for the pub, so they gather in the shopping center to perform their adolescent pranks. But there is little or nothing left of that shopping evening, as is now the case in Nieuwegein. Are young people still aware of this phenomenon?
