Altekma will face Allianz Milano away on March 4 in the first match of the semi-finals of the Men’s CEV Challenge Cup. The match to be played at Allianz Cloud will start at 22.30. The tough match will be managed by Fedor Tilser from Slovakia and Magnus Hagström from Sweden.
The Izmir representative, who advanced to the semi-finals by eliminating the Dutch representative Sliedrecht Sport in the round of 16 finals, the Portuguese team Benfica in the finals of 8 and SCM Zalu from Romania in the quarter-finals in their European adventure, aims to open the door to the final by returning with a victory from Milan away and gaining an advantage before the rematch.
Altekma will play the rematch of this match in Izmir on Wednesday, March 12.
If the Izmir representative advances to the final, they will face the winner of the match between VK Slovan Bratislava (Slovakia) and Lindemans Aalst (Belgium) for the cup.
