Antwerp Court of Appeal rejects request for recusal in Costa drug trial: process can start again

The Court of Appeal in Antwerp has rejected the request for recusal from suspect Berry S. in the major Costa drug trial. Berry S. felt it was unacceptable that his request for additional research was rejected for fear of the reasonable period being exceeded. The court sees no reason to challenge the judges.
