ANDrica Alessandri (Cesena, 1990) is a member of the board of directors and responsible for Technogym’s sustainability projectthe family business for which he holds the position of vice president of Wellness Foundationthe non-profit organization that promotes more active lifestyles. She is currently very busy with the project Milan Wellness City 2030 which takes the opportunity of the Winter Olympics to spread a new culture of well-being in Milan. The objective is to improve the quality of life of citizens. Point of reference, the Wellness Valley project started in Romagna 20 years ago.

«I move around the city on foot and try to train three times a week, favoring weight work-outs and cardio sessions. Wellness it’s not just the core business of our family business but it is also the lifestyle in which I have been immersed since I was a child. My dad, the founder of Technogym, took me to the company with him on weekends and I always experienced training and the gym environment as a good game.”

«Ours is a company listed on the stock exchange the sustainability report, which I work on with my operations teamhas the same importance as the financial report. Its drafting is a complex project that involves many months of work, meetings, technical analyzes – from the collection of quantitative and qualitative data – up to the external report and review. In the dual role of company manager and vice president of the Wellness Foundation, one of the topics that most involves me it is the promotion of well-being as an opportunity for social growth».

«We are the official partner of the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Games and will participate in the institutional ceremonies. Our equipment is present in all six Olympic and Paralympic villagesavailable to over 3,500 athletes from more than 90 countries. As a lover of skiing, which I have been practicing since I was a child, I am happy to be able to watch the races of the athletes who we will also follow on our social media.”

«I put my son to bed, then I wonder what my husband is watching on TV or I chat with friends. I studied abroad and have scattered all over the world. I like reading, thrillers or gripping stories like Peggy Guggenheim’s biography, A life for art. Before falling asleep, my husband and I do meditation together with the Technogym app.”
