Former mayor of Brussels Yvan Mayeur must answer to court for fraud at Samusocial

Former mayor of Brussels Yvan Mayeur and former OCMW chairwoman Pascale Peraïta, together with three others, will soon have to answer before the Brussels criminal court in the file surrounding the non-profit organization Samusocial. The scandal surrounding the organization, which helps the homeless in the capital, caused a political crisis at the time that led to the resignation of both Mayeur and Peraïta.
