Israeli army again in controversy due to video: soldiers let shot Palestinian (14) bleed to death

The Israeli army has once again come under controversy following the death of a Palestinian teenager in the occupied West Bank. A video obtained by the British broadcaster BBC shows soldiers shooting the 14-year-old boy and standing around him for more than 45 minutes without providing medical assistance. The boy bled to death.
