Ebbers has appointed Carina Steiling, the first human resources manager in the history of the fashion house.
Steiling took on her new role at the Warendorf-based retailer in North Rhine-Westphalia at the beginning of the month, Ebbers announced on Saturday on the career network Linkedin. Part of her job will be to “translate the company’s values – acceptance, clear communication, mutual support and reliability – into structures that create orientation, stability and clarity.”
“I am very pleased to be taking up my new role as HR manager at Ebbers in Warendorf,” said Steiling in his own Linkedin post. “The first few weeks are already behind me – characterized by exciting insights, valuable encounters and a great team. My heartfelt thanks go to all colleagues and the owner Christoph Berger for the open and warm welcome.”
According to her own statements, the new HR manager was most recently active in human resources for the agricultural company Rinder-Union West eG. Further stations included the logistics service provider B Logistik GmbH and the organic supermarket chain SuperBioMarkt.
