The cause of death of actor Peter Greene, who died in December, has been confirmed. Among other things, they reported on the matter Deadline and People.
Authorities have determined that Greene accidentally shot himself in the left armpit and died from his injuries.
The official cause of death has been recorded as a gunshot wound to the left armpit and the associated damage to the humerus. The wound caused profuse bleeding.
The medical examiner determined the death to be accidental.
