Wilfred Genee keeps lashing out at Eva Jinek, despite the fact that according to critics it is now real too much is starting to become. “A good presenter. Excellent autocue reader too,” he sneers.
Many people are starting to notice that Wilfred Genee is very obsessive about bashing Eva Jinek. He likes to take her to task for things he knows she can’t do anything about, for example her current absence during the Winter Olympics. It is purely intended to spite the presenter, probably out of spite.
On your guard
Wilfred wanted to provoke another verbal stoning on Eva last week, but table guest Wouter de Winther — also Eva’s regular guest — did not participate. “I had the feeling that you were on your guard. Is that correct or not?”, the presenter asks him in the chat section. In The Walkways.
Wouter: “Well, that wasn’t too bad, right?”
Wilfred: “I had that feeling a bit.”
Eva bashing
Wouter then hints that he thinks Eva bashing is a bit lame. “Yes, but look: you really want to talk about Eva. Then I think: yes, I might also want to say something about that that might provide some nuance, right.”
“About the fact that she does not decide when she can go on television, as some people still assume, but that there are 33 bosses at the NPO who will meet with each other about this. Furthermore, everyone is of course allowed to have an opinion. That is part of it.”
Intimate circle
TV authority Tina Nijkamp has criticized Eva because she often invites people who are with the same star manager. “It strikes me that it is an intimate circle.”
Wouter points out that he is certainly not with the same manager as Eva. In fact, he doesn’t even have a manager. “I’m not part of any management, so you see: it doesn’t apply to everyone. I’m my own manager. That’s much better.”
Autocue
Tina has no further comment on Eva. “She also scores well, so it is simply a good program, otherwise it would not score so well.”
“A good presenter,” says Wilfred, after which he exclaims one more time: “Excellent autocue reader too.”
