Ashley Roberts, who hosts the morning show on the British Heart Radio channel and is also known from the band Pussycat Dolls, was wrong when she told about the death of actor James Van Der Beek, says The Sun.
Roberts mentioned the wrong name during the live broadcast and accidentally announced that the centenarian actor Dick Van Dyke had died.
– Dawson’s Creek Dick Van Dyke is dead, Roberts joked.
Roberts’ running mate Jamie Theakston quickly corrected him and determined that Van Dyke was alive. Amanda Holden, who also hosts the show, tripped Theakston.
– Incredibly, he is still alive, Theakston stated.
Roberts later apologized for his mistake.
– No God, we talked about this, I’m so sorry, he stated.
After this, Roberts stated that he meant Van Der Beek in his plot.

The hundred-year-old Dyke is known for, among other things Maija Poppanen from the movie and Diagnosis: Murder from the series. Despite his age, he is not even retired, but has continued acting until these days.
James Van Der Beek died on Wednesday, February 11 at the age of 48. He had colorectal cancer, i.e. colon and rectal cancer.
Van Der Beek is remembered Dawson’s Creek from the series.
