The Hugo Boss subsidiary Eightyards GmbH is entering into a long-term partnership with the Cologne two-star restaurant Ox&Klee.
As part of the cooperation, the entire kitchen team will be equipped with co-branded cooking shirts made from “resource-saving fabric overhangs,” the Metzingen fashion group announced on Wednesday. An outfit consisting of trousers, shirt, vest and jacket was also designed for chef and owner Daniel Gottschlich. The creations were presented at an event on February 10th.
With the Cologne restaurant, which is known for its modern, artistic cuisine, Eightyards is transferring its circular business model to top-class restaurants for the first time. The designs were developed in close coordination with the restaurant and reflected its demands for “uncompromising quality, clear lines and a modern, artistic signature”.
“We are very pleased about the collaboration with Ox&Klee and the shared aim of providing new impetus across industries,” said Markéta Miltenberger, Director of Eightyards. “We are united by a common understanding of quality awareness and the responsible use of resources.”
