Eightyards GmbH, a subsidiary of the HUGO BOSS Group, and the two Michelin star restaurant Ox&Klee announce a long-term partnership. As part of the cooperation, the entire kitchen team will be equipped with high-quality, co-branded cooking shirts made from resource-saving fabric overlays. An exclusive outfit consisting of trousers, shirt, vest and jacket was also designed for chef and owner Daniel Gottschlich.
In addition to resale and recycling, Eightyards’ business model primarily includes providing opportunities for re-, up- and down-cycling of surplus materials for customers in the fashion industry and beyond. In close consultation with Ox&Klee, the company developed designs that reflect the culinary identity of the star restaurant: uncompromising quality, clear lines and a modern, artistic signature.
Markéta Miltenberger, Director of Eightyards: “We are very pleased about the collaboration with Ox&Klee and the shared aim of setting new impulses across industries. We are united by a common understanding of quality awareness and the responsible use of resources.”
The creations were presented at an exclusive event on February 10, 2026.
