Wilfred Genee has ensured that the much-discussed images of Gordon singing out of tune are no longer broadcast in Today Inside. “I held that back a bit.”

© SBS, RTL

Gordon’s one-off visit to the Today Inside talk show table did not impress the men at the table. Johan Derksen in particular still regularly targets him. The entertainer was also criticized again last week because he announced on the radio that he was related to Elvis Presley.

Goor’s family

Wilfred Genee received Elvis impersonator Bouke in the studio yesterday and will therefore come back to it. “Hey, are you, like Gordon, also related to Elvis?” he asks VI.

Bouke: “Not that I know of.”

Wilfred: “Not that you happen to have a second cousin, a nephew and then a brother…”

Johan then: “The worst thing would be: then he would also be related to Gordon, and that seems very sad to me.”

Greasy-crested

Wilfred clearly does not take Gordon seriously. “Yes, indeed, then you would have been in the same line! But Gordon is convinced, isn’t he?”

Johan: “Then he will soon also have a greasy quiff?”

Wilfred then reveals that he spares Goor a bit. “Last time they wanted to show him singing. Then I held it back a bit, but you hear it when you hear it. Yes, right?”

Jerks

Two years ago, Goor was humiliated unprecedentedly hard in VI for a terrible performance. Goor shouted ‘f*ck you’ at the VI trio and shortly afterwards he canceled his entire musical comeback. And he still thinks highly of that.

That is why Wilfred is now protecting him a bit by forbidding his editors last week to repeat those images again. “And now they didn’t count on it! Hahahaha. Sorry, just kidding, you brats!”, shouts the VI star.

Boring Bouke

By the way, TV critic Victor Vlam believes that Bouke should no longer return to VI. “As a musician I quite like Bouke. As a talk show guest I find him deadly boring,” he sneers X.

“If you want to sell tickets for your concert, you have to do a little bit of effort. Make some jokes, give a spicy opinion, add SOMETHING to the show.”
