A cry for help from the widow of a deceased star actress – “The family’s funds are exhausted”

The actor known from the television series Dawson’s Creek suffered from malignant colon and rectal cancer. According to the GoFundMe campaign, the actor’s cancer treatments depleted the family’s funds.

James Van Der Beek married By Kimberly Van Der Beek with in 2010. They had six children during their more than decade-long marriage.

– The costs of James’ medical treatment and the long battle against cancer have drained the family’s funds, the fundraising campaign page says.

“They are working very hard to keep their homes and to make sure that the children can continue to go to school and maintain some kind of stability during these incredibly difficult times.

Donations are said to “help cover essential living expenses, pay bills and support children’s education.” The youngest of the couple’s children is only 4 years old and the oldest is 15 years old.

Kimberly Van Der Beek shared the GoFundMe fundraising campaign in the Stories section of her Instagram profile. He said his friends created the campaign.

– With gratitude and a broken heart, Kimberly Van Der Beek writes in an Instagram post.

On Thursday morning Finnish time, the GoFundMe campaign had already collected more than 650,000 dollars, i.e. more than half a million euros.
