Sanna Marin’s Töölön apartment has gone out of sale.

Sanna Marin put her apartment up for sale in September 2025. Atte Kajova

Ex-prime minister Sanna Marin’s Töölön apartment in Helsinki has been moved From the Etuovi.com service on Sunday, February 8. The service does not indicate whether the apartment has been sold or whether it has been removed for another reason.

The apartment went up for sale at the end of September in 2025. The apartment was sold by a well-known apartment seller Andrei Koivumäki.

The apartment sale notice has also been removed from competing services and from the Neliöt liikkuu website.

Marini, who works as a strategic advisor at the Tony Blair Institute, had an apartment in Helsinki’s Etu-Töölö. The apartment has four rooms and 96.8 square meters.

The asking price for Marini’s apartment was 815,000 euros. Iltalehti reported in 2022 that Marini had bought an apartment for 825,000 euros.

Iltalehti previously reported on the apartment’s sale announcement and its contents. In the sales announcement, it was reported, among other things, about the renovation done in 2020.

During the renovation, the location of the kitchen was changed, giving the apartment an additional room. The renovation was carried out before Marin bought the apartment. The apartment has a large bedroom and two smaller rooms. In the sales announcement, the apartment’s bathroom is described as “exceptionally large” by Töölö’s standards.

Iltalehti could not reach Andrei Koivumäki on Monday morning to comment on the removal of the sale notice.

Iltalehti and Etuovi.com belong to the same Alma Media group.
