Delia and Alberto are married and are trying to have a child. But a mysterious woman is intruding into their relationship.

Ever since Doctor Ferraris saved her from a suicide attempt, he continues to worry about her. Meanwhile, at Molnette, Serenella takes the exam to become head nursewhile Alfieri and the pulmonologist Gallo are worried about Bruno’s health. Delia tries to slow down with work to try to get pregnant.

March 1974. Fiat workers take to the streets to strike. A girl throws herself into the Po and her body is missing. Alberto (Matteo Martari) is worried, he believes that girl is Irmathe singer he saved after her suicide attempt with barbiturates. Delia (Pilar Fogliati) on the other hand is worried because she can’t get pregnant.
The doctor asks for an appointment with a gynecologist, a fertility expert. the visit shows that the woman has no health problems: walks in the open air, less stress and more rest are needed. Delia has to slow down, think more about herself and less about work. And in fact he asks La Rosa (Fausto Maria Sciarappa) for permission to lighten the hours of the department, even though, he assures, that he will always be available for any emergency.

Between Assunta and Serenella (Neva Leoni) there is a sea. If before the nurse, Ferruccio’s wife, gave up wanting to become head nursenow, encouraged by her colleague Luca Barbero, she decides to take the exam. Helped by her husband, she studies for the competition. Will he be able to overcome it? Instead the health of Bruno, son of the new head doctor, it gets worse. Doctor Alfieri (Carmine Boschini) with pulmonologist Gallo look for solutions. It seems that the boy, in addition to his lungs, also has heart problems.
Hearts 3: Irma brings chaos to Alberto and Delia’s relationship
Since Irma Monteu (Carolina Sala) pretended to be at Molinette after the suicide attemptor, a special relationship was established between her and Alberto Ferraris. Did the doctor already know the singer? The radio announces that a girl has thrown herself into the Po. Ferraris believes it is Irma. Worried, he rushes to his house. Irma is fine. The two talk. He tries to encourage her to go back to singing and writing songs.

Alberto seems almost obsessed with that girl. Why? Irma returns to the Night Club to sing live and invites Ferraris to come and listen to her. Alberto gave her back the will to live. Irma will bring some chaos to the relationship between Alberto and Delia, who begins to suspect her husband. What is he hiding from her?
Bruno’s condition worsens
After the wedding, between Helmut Becker and the new bride Virginia Corvara (Bianca Panconi) things aren’t going right. “Weddings are like a ship in a storm,” says the doctor. Hearts 3: Fois and Delia begin to confide in each other
Not even the conditions of the psychic Gregorio Fois are improving (Giulio Scarpati), still hospitalized at Molinette. Instead, his relationship with Delia improves: the two begin to open up and confide in each other. Slowly the wall they had built is crumbling. In the meantime, a prisoner is admitted to the hospital and tries to escape.
