Bloomberg: Saudi Arabia has raised the price of oil supplies to all regions
Oil company Saudi Aramco has raised prices for all its grades of oil supplied to the Asian and American markets
Saudi Arabia raised prices for oil supplies to all regions in May, informs Bloomberg.
The national oil company Saudi Aramco increased the cost of delivering Arab Light oil to the Asian region in May by $4.40, to $9.35 per barrel.
The premium price for Arab Light oil on the US market will be $5.65 per barrel in May, which is a record. Saudi Aramco also raised other oil prices for Asia by at least $2.70 per barrel and for the US by $2.20 per barrel.
More than 60% of Saudi Arabia’s oil supplies go to Asia, with China, Japan, South Korea and India being the biggest buyers.
