The men placed the explosive in front of the shelter home on New Year’s Eve 2024. According to the court, the explosion was so powerful that the paving stones were pressed, a manhole cover rose, windows were destroyed, frame parts were knocked away and part of the gutter came loose from the building.
The court states that it strongly appears “that there was an attack that night” and takes the men seriously for not caring about “the lives, health, homes and belongings of the – often vulnerable – residents of the shelter”.
