The KNMI has extended the announced code orange to the provinces of Flevoland, Overijssel and North Holland. “Tonight and Wednesday morning, icy conditions will occur on a very extensive scale in the north and northeast.” As a result, there is a high risk of accidents on slippery roads, cycle paths, footpaths and bridges.
