Ex-Frankfurt resident van de Beek marries world star’s daughter

Donny van de Beek is currently unable to play on the pitch due to injury, but off the pitch he delivers good news.
In January 2024, Eintracht Frankfurt fans and club management hoped to score a transfer coup with the signing of Donny van de Beek. The Dutchman actually arrived on loan from Manchester United but failed to make a lasting impression in six months. The paths diverged again. With his partner, however, he is now aiming for a bond for the rest of his life.
Van de Beek and partner Estelle Bergkamp announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post. “The easiest yes ever,” they wrote and added a white heart to the text. Congratulations can be found in the comments from, among others, Davy Klaassen, a former Werder Bremen player.
Estelle Bergkamp is the daughter of the former world-class player Dennis Bergkamp. She has been in a relationship with van de Beek for a long time and the couple already has two children together.
Things are going better for the Dutchman off the pitch than on the pitch. Van de Beek has been under contract with Girona FC since 2024, but has only been able to play two league games this season. He has been out since the end of September with a torn Achilles tendon.
