Ex-scout leader (39) from Ranst in French cell after assaulting boy (13) during a trip to Disneyland Paris

The Antwerp public prosecutor’s office has asked the French authorities for the extradition of 39-year-old PY from Ranst. The man in his thirties, who allegedly worked for Scouts and Guides Flanders, had gone to Disneyland Paris in December with a 13-year-old boy, whose parents he was friends with. The pair shared a hotel room there. At one point the man tried to perform sexual acts on the boy.
