Rocket and satellite manufacturer SpaceX has acquired artificial intelligence startup xAI, both owned by tech billionaire Elon Musk. SpaceX reports this on its website. With the merger, SpaceX aims to create “the most ambitious, vertically integrated innovation engine on (and beyond) Earth.”
