16-year-old placed in institution in investigation of boy (15) who was set on fire: video shows how emergency services arrive

A boy (15) was set on fire by three suspects on the Biestebroekkaai in the Brussels municipality of Anderlecht on Friday evening. To save himself, he jumped into the Brussels-Charleroi canal. The reason is not yet clear at this time. In the meantime, a 16-year-old boy from the Dendermonde district has been arrested. He was placed in the De Grubbe community institution by the juvenile judge.
