No prospects in Munich
Lightning change? Traditional club wants Bayern flop

He was never happy in Munich and is currently on loan back to his homeland. But now another club has apparently expressed interest.
FC Bayern and AS Roma are apparently negotiating a loan for Spanish offensive player Bryan Zaragoza. Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano and Sky Sport unanimously reported this on Sunday. Zaragoza has already reached an agreement with the traditional Italian club, but an agreement with the Munich team is still pending.
Zaragoza is currently on loan from Bayern to the Spanish first division club Celta Vigo and has 26 appearances and 6 scorer points (2 goals, 4 assists) in the current season. The Romans are therefore planning a loan with a purchase option and want to compensate the current loan club Vigo.
The offensive player’s contract with Munich runs until 2029. With the move to Rome, the Spaniard wants to recommend himself for his home country’s World Cup squad. There is confidence that the deal can be completed before the transfer window closes. Zaragoza was first loaned out by Bayern in February 2024 for 4 million euros, then signed permanently for 13 million euros in the summer of the same year. However, the attacker was never able to assert himself with the German record champions and has only played seven competitive games in the Bayern jersey so far.
