Esther Cordus retires after 9 years as a korfball international: “That is the best thing there is”

The 31-year-old korfball player won everything there was to win with the Dutch team. Gold was won at the European and World Championships and at the World Games. “You start playing korfball as a hobby, but to be able to turn your hobby into your job is the best thing there is. And you go to special places with Oranje. I have been to China, Taiwan, America, South Africa, Poland and Portugal,” says Cordus.
