Just over two years after the end of the second season, the new episodes of Heartsthe series set in the cardiac surgery department of the Molinette hospital in Turin. There, at the dawn of medical techniques relating to heart transplants and the creation of the artificial heart, the dreams, ambitions and loves of the protagonists intertwine.
Leading the cast of the third season are Pilar Fogliati and Matteo Martari, while in place of Daniele Pecciwho left the scene at the end of the second season, took over Fausto Maria Sciarappainterpreter of the new head doctor Luciano La Rosa.
