After Moritz Göttlicher, who is moving to VfL Bochum, FC Bayern could lose the next talent. As “Bild” reports, AC Milan is working on signing Magnus Dalpiaz. The clubs are negotiating the loan of the 18-year-old right-back, and there could even be a permanent transfer afterwards.
Dalpiaz came to FC Bayern from Unterhaching in 2019 at the age of twelve and has been in the U23 squad since this season. The Austrian junior national player played 17 games in the Bavarian Regional League, 16 of which were in the starting line-up. He also appeared five times for the U19s in the Youth League. He has so far been denied a place in the Munich professional squad.
Bayern and Milan are negotiating a loan deal that should include a purchase option. According to the “Bild” report, this is in the moderate single-digit million range – he would be the eleventh Austrian teenager who would cost a seven-figure transfer fee. The German record champions would like to integrate a buyback option into the deal if Dalpiaz achieves the desired development with the Rossoneri. His contract is valid until 2028.
