Renze Klamer seems to be a serious danger to the career of Roos Moggré, who left EenVandaag for an uncertain existence at Pauw & De Wit. “He just walks around the market freely.”

Risen is a place gone: Roos Moggré left EenVandaag and was immediately replaced by Malou Petter, who, after her departure from Nieuws van de Dag, was looking for a safe job at the public broadcaster again. Roos has switched to BnnVara where she can take over the talk show Pauw & De Wit for two weeks this season, but after that?

Roos is self-employed

BnnVara has no plans with Roos after that and that is of course a risk. It turns out that she was not permanently employed by the broadcaster at all. “I have now really received confirmation that she is self-employed,” says TV authority Tina Nijkamp in her podcast Tina’s TV Update. “So she is not employed by BnnVara.”

That makes the transfer very ‘remarkable’, says Tina. “She leaves EenVandaag to actually have an uncertain existence. I am also self-employed, so it is not that it is very strange, but if you had such a permanent appointment as Roos Moggré, such a fixed income at EenVandaag, which I think is otherwise a great job, it is of course remarkable.”

Two weeks

It is not the case that BnnVara is treating her to an entire program package, Tina emphasizes. “She only gets two weeks of Pauw & De Wit in return. I already heard at Boulevard that BnnVara has announced that they have no further plans with Roos Moggré and that is why I wonder whether Roos Moggré has made a very sensible step.”

Roos must realize that it could just end up being just two weeks. “For the same money, we won’t see her again for the rest of the year, except for these two weeks at the beginning of February.”

Renze is a threat

Tina does not rule out that Renze Klamer will leave RTL and then pursue the same job at Pauw & De Wit. “Renze Klamer is of course also still walking around the market, so he could also be heading that way.”

She concludes: “I hope for Roos, and also for Renze, that Pauw & De Wit will soon receive more broadcasts in addition to the four broadcasts they have, so that there will be enough work for Roos and hopefully soon for Renze.”
