Swiss emergency number received 171 emergency calls in 1.5 hours about horror in Crans-Montana: “I think I got burned”

Confusion, chilling screams, the realization that something terrible has really happened. The Swiss emergency number 144 received 171 calls in one and a half hours about the devastating fire in the bar Le Constellation in Crans-Montana. The French channel ‘BFMTV’ was able to listen to the recordings of those calls almost a month after the New Year’s drama and tells the story of one great horror. “I think I’m burned. I think my friends are dead. Ma’am, please send ambulances.”
